Cancellations will be refunded minus a $15 administration fee thru Thursday, September 22. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel bookings are separate from the conference registration. Deadline to book your room at the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel with the group rate ($105 per night) is September 2.
You may book your hotel room online, or by calling 1.800.325.3535. When you call, ask for "Reservations at the Sheraton Chalet," give them the dates for the conference and tell them the group is Newfrontiers. You will need to give them a credit card number in order to reserve a room. All roommates (up to four people per room) may be booked at this time. At checkout, each registrant can pay for his/her share of the room.
