Life Change Teams exist to give you the opportunity to experience cross-cultural mission. For 2 – 4 weeks you’ll be based with another Newfrontiers church or church planting team in the United States or abroad. You’ll live, learn and serve alongside local people and gain insight into what God is doing in and through his church across the nations.

Life Change Teams aim to help you become more effective in communicating and relating cross-culturally, all in the context of serving in a local church. Depending upon the team option available, you’ll also gain a deeper understanding of how to plant churches in unreached areas, or see how the kingdom of God is being extended through ministry to the poor.

Life Change Teams are provoking and challenging. Your training can help you clarify your personal vision and you may sense a calling from God for longer-term involvement in other nations. Throughout your time, there’s an emphasis on encountering God, personal growth and transformation. You may never be the same again!

Who Can Go?
All teams are for those from the Newfrontiers family of churches, ages 18 and over. (Click here to download an elder’s reference form which is required as part of the application process.) Specific skills are not required but you must be adaptable, teachable, willing to serve and ready to step out of your comfort zone!
